30 day “No Hassles” Refund Policy on Product Bundles for 7 Step Lead System:

Due to the consumable digital nature of this product cash refunds will not be issued. If you wish to terminate your account within 30 days of purchase you may request a refund in the form of store credit equal to 100% of the amount paid at the time of purchase to be credited toward any product that Brian Anderson owns the rights to sell or resell.

 

Memberships and/or Subscription Access Products Prorated refunds of unused portions of membership periods are not eligible for cash refunds, but rather will be offered in the form of store credit equal to 100% of the amount paid at the time of purchase to be credited toward any product that Brian Anderson owns the rights to sell or resell.

 

If you are past your refund period and do not want to be billed again in the future, you can request cancellation of your account.

 

The cancellation of membership immediately terminates membership access and prevents any future billings. You will also be canceling any bonuses you received with your Membership. Subscription payments purchase access to training and DFY Services and are not a recurring purchase of credits.  Bonus Credits awarded each month are a bonus for continued membership and require a current and active subscription to retain and use. All Bonus Credits awarded during the life of your membership will be forfeit (removed from your account) upon cancellation of your subscription for any reason.

 

Refunding The 7 Step Lead System course results in the automatic cancellation of your 7 Step Lead System and Subscription.

 

Services and features included with The 7 Step Lead System require a current and active subscription to maintain:

  • – Receipt of Monthly Bonus Credits
  • – Retention of previously awarded Bonus Credits
  • – DFY Services
  • – Access to Email and Voice Drops campaign interface
  • – Access to the Facebook Group
  • – Access to ongoing Live Training
  • – Access to archives of recorded Live Training sessions

 

Request for cancellation must be received in the correct format as a ticket in the support desk and received no more than 30 days from Membership/Subscription purchase, or 30 days from Single Payment purchase.

 

Refund requests submitted in any other manner (including via email to a personal email address of any member of the support staff, via phone call, or via Facebook) does not qualify as a submission for a request for a refund or for a request of account termination.
